1. Services

Simpleworkx LLC provides private tutoring and academic support services for K–12 students in Los Angeles and online. Scheduling and enrollment details are confirmed directly with families.

2. Enrollment, billing, cancellations & payments

Recurring enrollment plans are billed in 4-week cycles, not calendar months. Unless otherwise stated in your written enrollment confirmation, a recurring plan renews every 4 weeks until canceled.

You may cancel before the next billing date to stop the next renewal. Cancellation does not retroactively cancel a cycle that has already begun. Any refund, credit, rescheduling, or missed-session arrangement is subject to the written enrollment terms provided to you and applicable law.

Program pricing is based on the scheduled sessions included in each 4-week cycle. Single-session rates shown on the website are the rates used for eligible pay-as-you-go sessions when available. The recurring enrollment price is the amount charged for the applicable 4-week plan and reflects the listed savings compared with purchasing the same number of sessions individually.

If written enrollment terms for your specific service differ from this page, those more specific terms control to the extent permitted by law.

3. Messaging support

Where a plan includes homework-help messaging, messages are intended for reasonable academic questions related to the enrolled student. Simpleworkx aims to respond within 24 hours. Messaging is not an emergency service and does not guarantee immediate responses.

4. Parent/guardian responsibility

By engaging our services, you confirm that you are the parent/guardian or otherwise have authority to arrange services for the student, and that the information you provide is accurate.

5. No guarantees

We aim to support academic progress, but we do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, reading levels, or other outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including attendance, participation, school instruction, and practice.

6. Conduct & safety

We provide a respectful learning environment. We may discontinue services in cases of harassment, unsafe conditions, or misuse, subject to applicable obligations and reasonable notice when appropriate.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, lesson materials we create, and Simpleworkx logos are owned by Simpleworkx LLC or its licensors. Lesson materials provided to a family may be used for personal, non-commercial educational purposes unless otherwise stated.

8. Testimonials & reviews

With permission, we may display parent feedback using limited identifying information, such as a first name and grade level, to help protect student privacy. Reviews posted on third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms’ terms.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simpleworkx LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
