1. Services

Simpleworkx LLC provides private tutoring services for K–8 students in Los Angeles and online. Scheduling is handled by phone or email; there is no online scheduling on this site.

2. Booking, cancellations & payments

Specific payment, refund, and cancellation terms are confirmed with you via phone/email at the time of booking and govern your sessions. If our messages state different terms from this page, those messages control.

3. Parent/guardian responsibility

By engaging our services, you confirm you are the parent/guardian or have authority to arrange services for the student, and that information you provide is accurate.

4. No guarantees

We aim for progress, but we do not guarantee specific grade or test outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including attendance and practice.

5. Conduct & safety

We provide a respectful, safe learning environment. We may discontinue services in cases of harassment, unsafe conditions, or misuse, with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, lesson materials we create, and logos are owned by Simpleworkx LLC (or our licensors). You may use lesson materials for personal, non‑commercial use.

7. Testimonials & reviews

With your permission, we may share anonymized feedback. Public reviews you post (e.g., on BBB) are governed by that platform’s terms.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simpleworkx LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Simpleworkx LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
